Clean Copack actively maintains multiple certifications to coincide with today’s most popular diets, and we are also SQF Edition 8 certified. This means we have a full-time on-site SQF practitioner to ensure daily compliance with food safety objectives. We can help your nutrition bar business become certified, too, to reach a wider market.
Clean Copack’s entire facility is gluten-free, which helps ensure your product complies with the intensive standards for gluten-free certification. We produce exclusively gluten-free food including energy bars, protein bars, keto products, granola bars, cookies, granola, and human-grade vegetarian pet treats.
To help your product earn its gluten-free certification, our dedicated team will work with the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) to bring the formula into compliance with their standards. We’ll start by reviewing your finished formula, ingredient documentation, and product packaging before sending your application to the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), a program of GIG, for review. Once approved, your product will be officially certified as gluten-free and can proudly display the “Certified Gluten-Free” logo.
We process with plant-based ingredients at our facility and have been committed to vegan food for close to 25 years. Products that are vegan contain no animal-derived ingredients and have never been tested on animals. Producing vegan-friendly products attract consumers interested in vegan products who may not be fully vegan.
Non-GMO products contain no ingredients that were genetically modified, which is also a requirement for organic certified products. Brands looking to produce non-GMO certified products can lean on Clean Copack to work with the Non-GMO Project. We can handle the documentation and paperwork, all you need to do is sign the completed application packet.
The Non-GMO Project is the only “highly meaningful” non-GMO label for consumers looking to avoid GMO ingredients, according to an independent study by Consumer Reports. Earning their certification will leverage that credibility for your new product and help build consumer trust.
